Initially the area was shaped as a family project for recreation and vegetable sowing. However, when observing the climate change of the year 2015, we started the Gourmet coffee planting project, thus launching the sowing of the variety of Bourbon Dwarf coffee. The project has developed so well that the first grains will be harvested after one year of cropping.
As for the heights, this variety of coffee will be cropped at 1,830 meters above sea level, with which a higher quality rate is expected.

We conserve an area rich in flora and fauna with many varieties of trees and animals, among which we can mention magpies, toucans, deer, foxes and many others.
The climate is pleasantly tempered and as a unique fact, the area is bathed with  refreshing dew that undoubtedly enriches the soil.
This farm is located in the coffee region of Ilamatepec, specifically in Santa Ana – Buenos Aires

Inicialmente se había concebido el área como un proyecto de recreo familiar y siembra de hortalizas; sin embargo, al observar el cambio climático del año 2015, se inició el proyecto de siembra de cafés Gourmet, iniciando la siembra de la variedad Bourbon Enano. El proyecto se ha desarrollado muy bien, al grado que se van a cortar los primeros granos después de un año del cultivo.
En cuanto a la altura, se cosechará a 1,830 m.s.n.m. con lo que se espera una tasa de calidad superior.

Se conserva un área rica de flora y fauna con mucha variedad de árboles y animales, entre los que se pueden mencionar urracas, tucanes, venados, zorras y muchos otros más.
El clima es agradable y templado y como un hecho único, la zona se encuentra bañada con  refrescantes rocíos matutinos que sin duda enriquecen los suelos.
Está ubicada en la región cafetalera de Ilamatepec, específicamente en Santa Ana – Buenos Aires
